Review: Pyramid TimeTrax
Pyramid TimeTrax Review:
Pyramid TimeTrax is a basic Windows-based time and attendance software solution, which can also be used with Pyramid time clocks. The base package gives you the ability to manage 50 employees, but they do offer additional upgrades up to 1000 employees. Since this is a Windows PC based time and attendance software package, all employees will need to manually sign into a PC time clock station. If you prefer using a Pyramid time and attendance terminal instead of a PC, Pyramid will charge an additional upgrade fee. Although it seems a little unfair of Pyramid to charge an upgrade fee for their existing time and attendance terminal customers, it’s a pretty inexpensive add-on.
In addition, Pyramid TimeTrax is not the most advanced time and attendance software. It actually has more in common with software that many other companies bundle with their physical time clocks free of charge. Unless you already own a Pyramid time and attendance terminal, or you are considering purchasing one, you may want to download their free software, and demo it first.
